Tim Hortons in Smiths Falls

“I ordered through Tim Hortons app...horrible app..took over 3 hours to get my order. Was in contact with manager Jannett who rectified the situation completely! She made sure that when the dasher FINALLY went to pick up my order, my food was made FRESH and my coffee was still HOT when it arrived! They are a very busy location and the staff of Tim Hortons (not door dash) went above and beyond to make my frustrating experience better any way they could. Thank you Jannett and staff! You are appreciated!“

“Tim hortons has always been a typical Canadian go to for breakfast, when they have Candice and Sheldon working your gonna get the best service you will get, they are friendly and make you feel like your there favorite person, that's what you should feel like going into a restaurant. Somedays the service is slow somedays it's very fast. When they have the right crew in its definitely worth spending a little more for your coffee for the great service you get.“

“Been going on and off weekly since Feb, and always friendly service. I've been taking a PSW course in Smiths Falls, and pick up another student early in the morning, around 6:30 -6:45...its a welcoming spot for us to enjoy coffee and tea, sometimes breakfast sanswich and muffins. We have even broke open our study books there. Doesn't matter which staff serves us, they are always friendly and fast considering how busy they get. I'm sure the morning crew knows us well now. Sometimes, we've even gone back after school in the afternoon.The storefront is always clean as well as the washroom.As our course is winding down this week, we will miss our cozy spot. This is my location of choice now when i make future trips to Smiths Falls.“
