“I always go there for me bubble tea, and they are always amazing, great customer service. However I just went for my tea 5 mins ago and the one lady that was there was moody and didn't even talk to me. Even after I thanked her for the 3rd time she said nothing.she just put the drink down on the counter. Didn't ask if I wanned to put my number down for points. I also forgot to ask. Still gave this place a 5 star cause other than that incident today, the place is great“

“If you are looking for a place to have a nice bubble tea and to bring your laptop to work on personal activities or even school activities, then The Alley is the exact you need to go to in St. Catharines. The vibe is so elegant, clean, and tranquille. The staff are just so respectful and nice.
I'll be coming here often. I'm glad I found a place were I can bring my laptop and work on things in an environment that allows me to do so without distractions. This is the spot for sure.“

“This place is the best of the 3 bubble tea joints in the west side, the only one with popping pearls, the only one with a homey atmosphere (couch and TV) and a staff deserving of all the praise in the neighbourhood. Yipin Fruit Tea, is for me.“
