“I had a Matcha Latte with soy milk and grass jelly, my husband ordered the Royal Number 9 with tapioca. Both drinks were delicious and you could tell the tearista (:P) really took her time to make sure the drinks were perfect. We will definitely drop by the next time we are in the area!“

“The only and the best bubble tea store at Brock.Greatly located in library,so nice to have a bubble tea when you studying.The only thing is,limited menu,I miss slush.But it's loud when blending,so it's better not to make slush in the library...“

“Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a great spot for refreshing drinks! I ordered the Mango Diamond Slush and the Watermelon Slush, and both were fantastic. The mango was rich and sweet, while the watermelon was light and refreshing. If you're looking for fresh, fruity flavors, this place won't disappoint!“

“I’ve been coming here for years because the bubble tea is good, stay it’s nice too. I just have consistently been disappointed that they are alwayssss out of the brown sugar, I only could recommend that since it is such a highly desired drink that they prioritize having it in stock because it has caused myself and others to prioritize going elsewhere.“

“Grabbed a real fruit classic (Mango Diamond Slush) post-shopping! Atmosphere is very open-concept! I like the whole mini-secluded drink for 2 on the left side of the store! Service was awesome as well! We asked for 0% sugar and the girl was concerned if it would be a bit too sour so she made us try a bit before making it which was super nice of her! Also made the drink more enjoyable bwhaha- overall clean space, great drink & awesome service!“

“This place is the best of the 3 bubble tea joints in the west side, the only one with popping pearls, the only one with a homey atmosphere (couch and TV) and a staff deserving of all the praise in the neighbourhood. Yipin Fruit Tea, is for me.“
