Have to say, I visit this KFC at least twice a month. And I never have to wait longer than it takes to cook fresh chicken, and the staff are always ready to share coupons. Friendly amd courteous staff as well. This will always be my KFC for as lomg as I'm in the city :-)
I’ve visited this KFC several times, and I want to recognize the gentleman from Morocco who works there. I unfortunately don’t know his name, but we call each other ‘Pepsiiii’ 😂. Every single time I come in, he is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. He always makes my visit enjoyable, and today he even wrote a sweet message on my bag that made my day. When it comes to taste, KFC on Ontario St. in St. Catharines delivers with a satisfying Slider and flavorful macaroni salad. The fries are hot and crispy, but the gravy could use a bit more thickness. However, there were issues with service and organization. Customers experienced slow service, confusing order handling, and a lack of attentiveness from staff. The restaurant's cleanliness also left much to be desired, with tables and counters in need of cleaning. On the positive side, the atmosphere is cozy and not too loud, making it seem like a nice place to relax with friends. The food's quality and portion size were inconsistent, with some chicken pieces being small and under-filled boxes of fries.
