“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

So either the owner saw my review and dealt with the hygene or I just visited on a really bad day before, in either case, I'm very happy to see improvement.

I talked with them and they make a new one right away, even though it was a busy night and they had lots of orders to do . the stuff here it’s friendly and great. they didn’t want to charge me for the second one. “My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “Fantastic location - maybe one of the best Dominoes around. Ask for extra sauce and they actually put extra sauce. Paid for extra toppings and guess what? They actually put extra toppings! Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. “Been coming here for a couple years. GM is nice guy, staff is mostly good too but there's one thing Ive counted on that's been consistent. The pizza is certainly hot but it is never ready. We literally come about 2-3 Fridays every month between 230-430 and I dont think there has ever been both a cheese and pepperoni ready“
