“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

“Edited: Previously, I had a complaint because there were some fruit flies flying near the pizzas. I visited this place again recently and the hygene was excellent. So either the owner saw my review and dealt with the hygene or I just visited on a really bad day before, in either case, I'm very happy to see improvement.

“This is my favourite pizza place,and the best city pizza location. Food is always hot, tastes great, the they don't skimp on toppings. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Love that they always give you loads of toppings. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.“

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good.
