“I was waiting in the parking lot and while waiting I observed a man (owner mb) bring pizza out from the restaurant to a car with an elderly couple in it. They were surprised, it was a really nice gesture. As I waited I'd hear laughter and smell the food and I got a real sense of "family restaurant" so I decided to order.... all I can say is "WOW" the pizza was fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, sauced and topped! I personally liked the concept of converting the house into a dining place. The server was too friendly to talk. She even clicked us some pictures which I liked. “Alright. Let me tell you about the best customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a pizza, half cheese and half ham. I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. “This is my go to. I imagine it as "my pizza shop". Like in the movies. The guy working there is great. Happy, restrained, inviting. The price is great too. One medium pizza is easily enough for two, for $8. 10min wait.

Today Nov 17th at around 1:30pm we came for a birthday pizza and the lady serving me was really nice!
She was happy to make my pizza with 7 toppings I requested and did so with a smile which made me feel very comfortable :)
She even wished me Happy Birthday and included a birthday card :)

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.“

“This place does not advertise much, and for good reason. They simply don't need to. The prices are very reasonable, decent offers, and delicious pizza. This has become our go to pizza place in south west Kitchener. Note that this is mostly a take out restaurant, so don't expect to find much seating.

Parking: It's in a plaza, so there should be plenty of parking in front.“
