“I went through the drive thru this morning for my coffee and Timbits. The service Hayden provided was unmatched. He was polite and upbeat. Despite some mishaps such as not having enough dark roast for a large coffee and being given Timbits with birthday cake which was specified we did not want. Hayden’s energy was so uplifting that the coffee issue was no problem. I’m perfectly okay with regular coffee instead, he also took it upon himself to go replace the birthday cake Timbits with other kinds. This young man provided wonderful, unforgettable service. Such a great experience on this gloomy morning!“
“This review is in hopes that someone specific will see it. Thank you to the random person in the drivethru who handed a Tims staff member some stickers and asked her (huge thanks to the staff member for knocking on my window!) to pass them along to me for my car.???❤️ My stickers are carefully curated in hopes of bringing some joy, and your random act of kindness definitely brought me many smiles and made my day! I will add them to the bumper soon, and maybe I'll see you again next time I'm passing through.

Was very professional!! He took the time to get our order ready. He made arrangements with his co-worker so he could focus on our order. He was very friendly and kind. For such a young guy he was presenting in an extremely professional manner. A very valuable employee you have there!!! Thank you Jon for making our day much easier!!!“
“I lost my debit card at this location today. Cheryl, the supervisor, absolute love of my life right now. Debit card was found and Cheryl ensured it was safely secured and ensured she was returning it to the correct person.
