Tim Hortons in Aylmer

“I go to our local Tim Horton’s probably 4/7 days a week and grab a coffee and a snacks before I head into work. Unfortunately the other week my vehicle was stolen and while having dealt with that I wasn’t aware that my debit/credit were locked due to fraud while I was in the drivethru- I quickly pulled up and parked and ran inside and apologized to the staff but that I wasn’t going to be able to buy the items today because of what had happened.

They told me to take them and that they were so sorry for the crappy weekend. It really in the grand scheme of things may seem so minimal and like nothing, but that act of kindness during a stressful day and a half was sooooo appreciated. I was beyond grateful for the kindness and understanding they showed me.“

“When I visit my dad he like to come here for lunch. He has parkinsons and usually just picks at food and eats lots of sweets, but he loves the flat bread pepperoni pizza and he eats the whole thing. So now this is better than any fancy restaurant for me.“
