“Stopped by Tim Hortons for my usual coffee and a Boston Cream donut, and it really hit the spot. The coffee was fresh and just how I like it, and the Boston Cream was perfect—soft, fresh, and filled just right. It’s my go-to combo, and this location always seems to get it right. Definitely a great place for a quick coffee and treat!“

“I primarily use the drive-thru at this location. The day shift crew is extremely quick and my order is always on point. They are very friendly and positive. I have never had a bad experience in the 9 years going there. I find everyone works as a team and that is why they are so efficient. The evening crew doesn’t always have the crowds so it’s nice to get to converse with them a bit more. Truly a fun group of people.“

“I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing.
When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles.
The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.“

“I visit this store almost every day, but I have never been treated properly before. This time, there was a new girl working at the drive-thru. I don't know her name, but she was wearing bangles. She treated me very kindly and professionally. When she went to get my food, she let me know instead of leaving me waiting at the window without saying anything. “It's the inconsistent dark roast coffee that irritates me. When it's good it's good. Not sure with all the automated coffee machines why they are not all good all time. DR are either too thin or burnt.
Food is pretty consistent.“

Comparing to the closest branch nearby on Oxford Street, this one is inferior in almost all aspects. Smaller size, fewer seats, gloomer environment, limited item stock and no Drive Thru.

However, the mobile app pre-ordering system works without any issues here. This single advantage to me, outweighs every minor issues listed above. Undoubtedly, I will stick to this branch for now.“

“I wanted to leave a review for Paarth because he genuinely makes this Tim Hortons location my favorite one to visit. He is always extremely friendly, respectful, and welcoming every single time I come in. On top of that, he consistently gets my orders right, which honestly makes a huge difference.

You can tell he truly cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. Employees like Paarth are very hard to find these days, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the effort he puts in every day. In my opinion, he deserves a promotion and a raise for the amazing job he does.

This is the first time I’ve been to such a welcoming Tim Hortons.

“Last night out at lovely dinner out downtown we felt the call of the wild and ordered the nachos. This plate arrived adorned with guac, cheese, beef and crucially many a red chili. Fast forward past dinner and a show we were walking back to our vehicle and I feel a call in my bowel. Foolishly I send the call to voicemail and we hop in the car. Ten minutes pass driving west and the call arrives again signalling impending calamity. Frantic I scan my options along the roadside. At last I spot it, the establishment with the decency to offer me salvation in my hour of need : Tim Hortons at Springbank and Kernohan Parkway. Golden light poured out from the store as I ripped into the parking lot. The hockey stick handle pulled me into warm salvation and saved me from the gallows pole. Thank you for being my governor's pardon.

“Very great service , nice,friendly, and always smiling, the supervisors are always on top of things and they make sure customers get served and other things around the store get done. They make sure the staff stop doing their chore and help the customers waiting. Drive thru is really fast with smiling employees. Especially a young man by the name of Alperen, I think he is a supervisor, he works very hard and makes sure customers are served right and fast. And it is clear his team members like him as well.“
