“I prefer to go to this location than other. I have an issue with my gift card and arshdeep was very patient and helpful during the process of resolving it without getting frustrated. “I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing.
When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles.
The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.“
“I just wanted to say that Shelly is an incredible and super nice worker at this Tim Hortons! I went there as a high school student with some friends, and when we couldn't decide what we wanted, she patiently waited and gave options for us to choose from. Also, when she realized we were running late for class, she tried to go even faster with our order to ensure we wouldn't be late. All in all, an amazing lady, she definitely deserves a raise!“

“I visit this store almost every day, but I have never been treated properly before. This time, there was a new girl working at the drive-thru. I don't know her name, but she was wearing bangles. She treated me very kindly and professionally. When she went to get my food, she let me know instead of leaving me waiting at the window without saying anything. Comparing to the closest branch nearby on Oxford Street, this one is inferior in almost all aspects. Smaller size, fewer seats, gloomer environment, limited item stock and no Drive Thru.
However, the mobile app pre-ordering system works without any issues here. This single advantage to me, outweighs every minor issues listed above. Undoubtedly, I will stick to this branch for now.“

“I wanted to leave a review for Paarth because he genuinely makes this Tim Hortons location my favorite one to visit. He is always extremely friendly, respectful, and welcoming every single time I come in. On top of that, he consistently gets my orders right, which honestly makes a huge difference.

“It's the inconsistent dark roast coffee that irritates me. When it's good it's good. Not sure with all the automated coffee machines why they are not all good all time. DR are either too thin or burnt.

“Staff noticed I overpaid for my coffee’s the other day when I was going through drive-thru. I never noticed but they did. Next time I came through they ensured I was taken care of and gave me the extra coffee I paid for. Really appreciated the fact they noticed, and remembered me the next time I came through. “I was in the drive through today, and I could not believe how quick the line moved. This is important to me because I always go on my way to work. And I give her give myself enough time. Double toasted bagel to perfection and a large coffee with oat milk. Great service.“

“This time horton i’ve been going for the last 23 years since i came to canada and they never failed me, once in awhile the queue was longer especially during busy hours but thats normal! “When visiting this location I have to say the team here is great. The only reason for my three out of five stars is for the employee named Steve. He lacks customer service skills. He will yell at the customers and advise them he cannot sell and baked goods once it hits 5pm. Advising the customer that they are accounted for and going into the garbage. Even so, would Tim Hortons like to receive the money from this purchase instead of saying it’s going into the garbage.
Steve does not seem to enjoy his job. Everything seems to be a bother.
I have worked in customer service for a number of years. His demeanour is not inviting or friendly to your location.

“Very great service , nice,friendly, and always smiling, the supervisors are always on top of things and they make sure customers get served and other things around the store get done. They make sure the staff stop doing their chore and help the customers waiting. Drive thru is really fast with smiling employees. Especially a young man by the name of Alperen, I think he is a supervisor, he works very hard and makes sure customers are served right and fast. And it is clear his team members like him as well.“

“I drink 5 to 10 french vanillas with coffee everday no matter where I am. I think Tim Hortons should offer sum form of a customer coffee card that gives you a free coffee once in awhile,especially when your spending more a month than some people make.“
“Today before my 9am class I went to get a coffee. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, got my coffee, and made my way to class. It wasn't until I took a sip in class that the coffee was extremely strong and bitter. I went back and asked if I could just get a little bit more cream into the cup. The lady told me not to worry and said she will remake it fully with extra cream and caramel. I told her she didn't need to do that, but she insisted and made me a new coffee. I want to thank this employee for being extremely kind and having excellent customer service. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she was amazing and the coffee was good!!!“

“When you get foods to go like sandwiches or bagels with cream cheese check your food to be sure they added your extras as many many times have I gotten extra cream cheese or items added I'd get home and it would be less than the normal amount let alone any extras but I paid a $1.00 more for each extras so it gets costly when they do that not just once or twice but ritually. Not to mention that I had mentioned it the next time and it's nice to get an apology but then it happens again so I take the apology as lip service only not genuinely sorry for a possible mistake. Then it feels like it's something spitefully done or to maybe pocket the extra money costs rather than give the actual extra amounts or items.“
