“Best Tim Hortons to go to because of the customer service!!
100% Laura at the window is the reason I get my coffee every morning
At one point I thought she was gone and the wait to get my coffee was insane. When she returned the friendliness and Service was back to normal.

“I had custom order donuts here for my daughter’s 7th birthday, Linda and Lori went above and beyond anything I could imagine. I originally asked for the vanilla dipped donut and if possible to have pink icing.
When I went to pick them they had hot pink icing with bunny sprinkles. Some were fully covered in sprinkles and others where only half dipped in sprinkles.
The ladies here are always a pleasure to deal with and if you’re ever in need of a donut cake I would 100% recommend them.“

“Even with the Circle K and Timmies together you just have a small amount of waiting for service but coffee was fresh (dark roast) and muffins(chocolate hazelnut) were fresh as well .Most customers are hurriedly getting gas and smokes but all are quite pleasant. In fact I go by here checking for metal or tools on Highbury and one guy asked what I was doing checking bushes and hidden spots . After I told him he said what would you like from the store I suggested cigarettes and he did get them for me. Thankyou and nice King Corso protecting your truck!
Parking: Beside the gas pumps there is approx 4 spots and a couple more at the far side of the lot but remember Timmies has a drive through and seems quite busy consistently with other vehicles get gas or a quick store purchase.
Wheelchair accessibility: The main doors are wheelchair accessible how ever if it is busy there isn't much maneuvering to be had with two businesses running in one store.“
“Sarah makes our day when going through the drive through! Her service is exceptional each and every day ! A pleasure to start our day with when ordering our coffees in the morning, and we all know mornings can be though headed off to work lol. But when my Tim Hortons Burger is served up just the way I like it “ Maple dip / Chocolate dip” put together mmm ! It puts a smile on my face!“
“Visited with my family couple of days back. Ordered scrambled eggs loaded box with a couple of drinks including French vanilla and their new chocolate pistachio latte. Must try drink it’s really good Friendly staff , great with suggesting selling. Will definitely visit again.“
“I want to give a big shout-out to Crystal Keyes at the Tim Hortons on Dundas Street in London, Ontario. Crystal consistently provides excellent customer service and always has a friendly, positive attitude. She’s efficient, polite, and makes sure orders are done right, even when the store is busy.

“I ordered steeped tea but received coffee by mistake. When I called the store, Mahmoud handled the situation very professionally and asked me to come back for a replacement. He was polite, friendly, and fixed the issue quickly. Really appreciate Mahmoud for his excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you for the great support! 👍“
“This is my go-to coffee shop. The majority of the staff knows my order when I walk in the door. I'm always greeted with a smile.
The decor is a bit outdated, but that just adds to the charm. The staff do their best to clear tables, but sometimes, when they are slammed with customers, it can get a bit messy. I still love this Timmies though!“
“Went there today in the afternoon and found out they got rid of the tables and chairs. Which they should done it a long time ago, due to many homeless sleeping and just hanging out. Making the customer experience poor. I’m glad that the staff all spoke up about their safety being at risk. Which that area being full of homeless and addiction problems, causing issues to the staff and other customers. Your staff deserve a safe work environment and not have to worry about homeless people sleeping and hanging out inside when there’s other customers need to be served. This is a stepping stone to provide homeless from soliciting too long.“

“I come to this location a lot with my friends and family, and had never once been disappointed! The hot chocolate is absolutely delectable and I love the honey cruller doughnut! It's not usually busy and The service is very good. I love the little seating area and it's kept clean most of the time.“

“I love coming to this Tim Hortons. The parking lot is not ideal but the service is super quick so you're not stuck in it for a long time. I so appreciate them always having chicken noodle soup early. Few locations will have it before 10:00 a.m. and some of them wait religiously until 11:00 like they will catch on fire if they serve it a minute earlier. I am a huge soup person and I love having it in the mornings (weird I know) but knowing I can get it at this location makes my mornings that much better!! And thank you for actually filling the cup!! I normally go through the drive-through, but on occasion have run into order and use the washroom. The store is clean and more importantly, the washroom was clean. “I come to this Tim’s every morning for my steeped tea, they are always so friendly on the window and quick! They usually recognize my order, the drive thru is always moving very fast!! Sometimes there is traffic jam of people trying to exit the plaza, but this is my go to in the morning 😊“
“The display when I come in is always beautiful. The donuts are well made and you can tell that the baker is happy and likes their job.
Fondant is perfect, not runny and not flaky.
Going in the ladies are on task and you can tell they work as a team.“

They consistently provide amazing service—like even today they put my Boston cream donut (which was delicious) in a box so all the chocolate wouldn’t stick to the inside of their bags. “I’m not sure if management has changed since all of the 1 star reviews but I have been visiting this location recently and think it’s one of the best in London. It’s SUPER clean, the items are always in stock and fresh, and the service is always great. Very polite and helpful in there. Tim Hortons has really gone down hill the last 5-10 years but I’m happy to see one that still cleans the pastry glass, makes sure there are constant baked goods, and has good customer service. They aren’t super speedy but it’s because they are taking their time to ensure the order is correct. Thank you :)“

“Very great service , nice,friendly, and always smiling, the supervisors are always on top of things and they make sure customers get served and other things around the store get done. They make sure the staff stop doing their chore and help the customers waiting. Drive thru is really fast with smiling employees. Especially a young man by the name of Alperen, I think he is a supervisor, he works very hard and makes sure customers are served right and fast. And it is clear his team members like him as well.“

“Last night out at lovely dinner out downtown we felt the call of the wild and ordered the nachos. This plate arrived adorned with guac, cheese, beef and crucially many a red chili. Fast forward past dinner and a show we were walking back to our vehicle and I feel a call in my bowel. Foolishly I send the call to voicemail and we hop in the car. Ten minutes pass driving west and the call arrives again signalling impending calamity. Frantic I scan my options along the roadside. At last I spot it, the establishment with the decency to offer me salvation in my hour of need : Tim Hortons at Springbank and Kernohan Parkway. Golden light poured out from the store as I ripped into the parking lot. The hockey stick handle pulled me into warm salvation and saved me from the gallows pole. Thank you for being my governor's pardon.

“As a customer that comes faithfully to 1019 Egerton Street. There is one server that stands out is Rajneet. She serves the public with a smile, kind words and manners. She does things that others don't do. She cleans the table and chairs, sweeps and mops the floors. She also cleans the bathrooms and clean up the garbages out side. I have even seen her wash the walls behind the counter. She treats people the way she wants to be treated. Rajneet has a sunny disposition and I am glad she is working at 1019 Egerton Street Tim Hortons coffee shop. She brings in customers by being herself and that is what the customers want when they visit.“

Today, they gave the ordinary brown tissue paper and not the regular Tim Hortons paper napkin. This is substandard quality as opposed to the regular one. They always have a scarcity of paper tissue napkin. Also, they don't place paper napkins for customers to take. They keep one with the order. I see this process as inferior customer care when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets, which keep the standard paper tissue napkins for customers to take. Its going on for a long time. I was thinking they will improve on this at some point, but unfortunately no. A customer will definitely be unhappy if you don't provide enough paper napkins when they order. Even the coffee is too strong for double double when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets. I was thinking 1 star but gave 2 stars because the maple bacon croissant sandwich was good though.“
“I used to go to this one with my mom and dad all the time. We used a cane, so we would need help, and I always gave the server a tip. They said they didn't need one. I told her yes, you do. They were so polite and when in town that's the Timmies I go to. Dine in or take out or drive thru.“

Even had an almost altercation with one of the other customers starting something and the cashier managed to settle it right down without me needing to hardly say or do a thing, and was very kind along with other staff afterwards as well(thanks btw to whatever lady spoke up when a woman was gonna rock my shit for my phone payment being slow lol), very much appreciated. Food and drinks are always great too, and they're honestly the ONLY tims between here and Woodstock since I've worked in timmies myself that has managed to make my steeped tea correctly, so definitely my fav in the city so far!“
