I always have a great experience at Tim Hortons—the staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. My favorite order is the strawberry muffin with a refreshing frozen lemonade; it’s the perfect combination! 🍓🍋
I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Krista. She recognized my order just from hearing my voice, which really shows how attentive and customer-focused she is. It’s impressive that she takes the time to know her regular customers and makes every visit feel personal. Her friendly attitude and excellent service are a big reason I enjoy coming back. both the parking lot and drive thru have MASSIVE potholes and flooding problems.
Problems existed before this location was closed for Reno's and never addressed.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of donuts, including all types, available even shortly after opening. Customers enjoy the coffee and bagels, and the restaurant also serves savory egg and spinach items that cater to halal dietary restrictions. The baker at the Hamilton Road store is praised for the exceptional chocolate topping on the Boston Cream donuts. The drive-thru at this location is efficient, and the staff is known for remembering regular orders, providing a great overall experience. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. One lady is always super friendly, accommodating & always happy to have a friendly conversation. The customers appreciate the person they are behind the counter. The young man is never late for work and comes early.
