This Tim Hortons has terrible counter service. They will have a line up a mile long at the counter of workers from across the street, every single day. They will still serve the drive through 5 to 1. They blatantly ignore customers at the counter for 10-15 mins (not exaggerated), who are obviously trying to get a coffee on break. They consistently mess or miss orders. I’m also concerned about the cleanliness of this establishment. What a waste of space and money! Close the damn location! What an insult to Tim Hortons.

Parking: The location is perfect for those travelling by bus. This Timi is just right accross London Bus Station. You can grab a quick meal or coffee while waiting for your bus. This is a Take-Away or Drive-through only, no dining. Service is quick and friendly.
