“I had the pleasure of eating at their second location this evening.(carling ave.) ordered take out. My incredible experience started from the second I walked into this place. Not only is it clean and renovated very nicely, the customer service was incredible. unfortunately I'm not the best with remembering names, however the young lady that helped me was just amazing. The cooks were also great and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef whos name begins with a J...was on point. I ordered the sausage pie. The dough on this pie was fresh, savory and left me wanting more and more..Every ingredient just went well with the other.( wishing I ordered more😋) The daily soup was also Fantastic 😋. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Being in the food industry myself and being a cook/chef for 15 years of my life, this was a very pleasant surprise and its just down the road. 👏 Great job to everyone there and look forward to seeing you in my next visit. support local 😇“

Called the phone line found on google and the response was essentially.. since you ordered on uber there is nothing we can do but tell someone... so I did that and told Ottawa Public Health Fyi to anyone who orders from toppers in stittsville UPDATE: ottawa public health has done an investigation and has determined that the most likely source of the object was from one of their suppliers. The business is contacting other businesses and reaching out to their suppliers to notify them that this has occurred. There is also a possibility that this could have occurred from the driver that delivered the food. While I am still not satirist wth the response from corporate I would like to point out that the blame does not appear to be on the individual store itself.“

I had a great experience at Pizza Pizza today! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh toppings, perfectly baked crust, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was spotless and well taken care of, which made dining in very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even threw in a free ranch dip, which was a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. Overall, excellent food and service — I’ll definitely be coming back!“

I don’t know how to explain to them if I order or you charge me for extra cheese you have to put extra cheese, not regular cheese as you serve it without exception to regular customer, not specify their order I wish if there can change this thing because I tried to get to know I get it less of cheese. “Visited for a patio dinner on a Saturday evening. Good menu, clean venue, wait staff pleasant, food was good! But I have to point out a major faux-pas. I ordered the deep fried cheesecake for dessert. It was supposed to come with strawberry and chocolate sauce & whip cream. They were out of strawberry sauce but didn't mention it when I ordered and so was not given the option to choose something else. Another restaurant runner dropped it off with NO toppings whatsoever... I thought the toppings might come after, but after a while ate it as it was (it was good but would have been so much better with even only one of the toppings) Finally when our bill came, we mentioned that the dessert had no toppings. We were told the waitress was new and didn't realize.... I get that... but what I wasn't expecting was that we still had to pay full price for the dessert---no discount, no other offer. That was very disappointing service... I suppose I could have complained or asked to speak to a "manager" but at that point just really wanted to leave. Because everything else about the restaurant was good---and so happy it's even Canadian---we will return... hoping for a better experience“
