We stopped for a coffee and went inside. Roxeana served us and she is the nicest Macdonalds employee I have met it my life. We go for coffee there every day. If I owned a business she would be hired in a heart beat.
Hard workers.....
Tracey’s customer care is fabulous. She’s very understanding and as someone who’s worked in the industry her kind nature and good heart shines. I hope that is seen by her management. Lots of love for her.

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its clean environment, prompt and friendly service, and delicious food. Customers praise the great atmospheric environment and the kindness of the staff. The dining area is well-kept, and orders are usually accurate. The drive-thru can get busy at peak times, but it moves fairly quickly. Many visitors find it a solid spot for a quick bite in Stittsville, especially because the coffee is consistently fresh and accurately made. Staff are often described as helpful and friendly, with quick service for curbside pickup and delivery. However, some reviews mention occasional issues with cleanliness and the attitude of certain staff members, including a manager who was criticized for poor customer service. Overall, it remains a popular choice for a quick and convenient meal.
