Tim Hortons is a restaurant with varying experiences. While some staff members, like Karen, provide excellent service and create a positive start to the day for customers, others struggle to meet demand. The store often runs out of popular items, like sausage and egg. The drive-through has improved and is much quicker than before, but it still receives more attention than in-store service, leading to occasional long wait times.
