Excellent vibe at Balzac's this morning. I enjoyed reading the local paper over a veggie breakfast sandwich. You must get the sandwich to be heated up prior to consumption! 🔥
The food and the atmosphere is pleasant when the people are nice and welcoming. The servers are very rude. You guys should probably teach the staff to talk properly with the customers. That would really help to get people come again.
Stopped in for a quick coffee date while passing through Stratford. The service was amazing, along with the coffee and baked goods! The barista was extremely accommodating when we accidentally ordered the wrong drink. She was very understanding and ensured we had the best experience. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be coming back! I’m a coffee lover and the lady did an outstanding job. Highly recommend ☺️
