The coffee and cookies were really good; however, the service left much to be desired. The blonde-haired barista was extremely unhelpful and displayed poor customer service. I specifically ordered my coffee in a mug, but when I went to collect it, it was served in a paper cup. When I asked about it, she claimed there weren’t enough staff available to fulfill the request properly. This was clearly untrue, as I saw plenty of tables with mugs on them. Very disappointing experience.
Fantastic people who went above and beyond. It was a small space but used well, the atmosphere was cosy and we loved being there.

When I travel to Toronto, I often make a little detour, just one night in Stratford, but it means a lot to me.
