Two of us came for dinner - thought it would be a quaint, homey Italian restaurant. Service was friendly, attentive, and overall stellar, and staff were very accommodating about our preferences, but the food left much to be desired. Perhaps we made the mistake of not ordering the pasta and pizza that one raves about, but the risotto with steak tips was slightly mushy and uninspired - the steak tips were simply braised in some kind of wine/tomato sauce with sofrito and ladled atop the risotto. Nothing wrong with the flavour or seasoning, just not necessarily something worth eating out for. The salmon, however, was the most disappointing element. The fish was dry and underseasoned. The accompanying vegetables were unevenly cooked, and the lemon was served confusingly in a spiral slice with seeds still intact! Not worth the $27 price tag! No photos as food did not merit them.
Staff were lovely and the highlight of the evening, perhaps it was our fault for not ordering the signature dishes but the price to quality ratio left us underwhelmed and badly fed. Sad!

We had the olive dip appetizer and the penne marcello and shared both. Both were amazing and the pasta is now my new favourite pasta of all time. Just perfect I every way! The service was quick, even on a busy sunny day. Just a great experience.
Actually just kill me so I can go to heaven and have unlimited Fellini's. I'm so serious.

Fellini once said life was a combination of magic and pasta. That’s certainly true at the restaurant that carries his name on Ontario Street. Start with the house mussels; they’re plump and sweet. I had pasta and sausage with onion, peppers and spinach in a delicious creamy sauce. My partner had a crisp caesar salad with roasted shrimp. Everything on the menu sounded gastronomically inviting. The portions ranged from ample to “I need a box.” The service was prompt, helpful, and cheerful. You can eat al fresco but Ontario St can get loud. A totally enjoyable dining experience.

I booked for this restaurant 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday 6:pm. When I got there it was packed and there were 2 seats available. I took a seat by the front window. The window was open and a nice breeze was coming in. Our server brought over bread, took our drink and food order. I ordered the chicken parm for $27.99 and my husband ordered the Nona’s lasagna. The wait was around 15 minutes. The portions were large. The food was delicious. The ice tea came in a huge glass. And I liked that the server asked if we wanted fresh ground pepper and cheese on our pasta. We also got water and she came and refilled our glasses. Everything was perfect. The server also convinced us to get the strawberry cannolis. My hubby and I shared the dessert. It was delicious. They played song by Italian artists but it was kind of loud in there so I couldn’t hear the music. This is the best Italian restaurant in Stratford and I can see why. It worth the visit.

Our waitress was excellent! My dinner was disappointing, especially based on all the excellent reviews. My salmon was VERY overcooked & had zero seasoning on it - void of salt, pepper, oil, lemon. The pasta was ok. Felt like the whole meal lacked soul.

Since 1994, Fellini's has been one of our go-to restaurants when visiting Stratford for an afternoon play. The fresh warm olive bread keeps us coming back in while the tasty pasta, salmon, pizzas and desserts keeps us there. Service is always quick, patient and friendly. Atmosphere is intimate and warm. Best to make a reservation early as the restaurant tends to be full on theatre days. Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Thank you.
Food sub par and definitely forgettable.
Paid over $100 for a $15 meal ...

The food had potential but suffered from poor execution including overcooked pasta and thyme stems present in the sauce. They might just have been having an off day though. Lighting choices at the front are a bit odd, the placement of lights in combination with the ceiling fans made for a somewhat strobe light effect.

In an near empty place, we got seated near the bar and had to listen to the blender for extended periods. My wife enjoyed the chicken parm, my pasta was ok.
