“I don't know what took me so long to try this place. The ramen with the pork belly and pork broth was next level good! I added the marinated egg and it was a nice addition. They deserve a bigger shop, they work out of the tiniest kitchen and seating is limited. How they produce a Tonkotsu broth with that much depth of flavor is a mystery but damn it's good! 6/5 stars. Thank you for a great meal!“
