Great experience. The worst scenario I have ever faced was cold fries and a burnt chicken wing. Hardly worth mentioning as the Chalet sauce is always scaulding hot. If this is my worst complaint (over 10 years of dining), then you deserve the 5 star rating. Consider me a happy customer!
Excellent food as always served by a very hard working, friendly young lady.The 3 star atmosphere is because Swiss Chalet needs to rejuvenate their restaurants. They are getting tired.

We had a great meal with our young kids. I’m personally not a huge fan of Swiss Chalet but they knocked it out the park for the kids. Great service, $9 for a small meal with a drink and small desert (felt small, but good 3-8 year old size) and then adult meals were good too. The flavour on the shrimp rice was a winner for me.
