Horrible service, my $7 farmers wrap was the size of a credit card!!
They have zero concerns.
10 pm no donuts at all.
don't do plain donuts anymore don't do puppy timbits any more. like really Ontario St is closed at 10 and that is your other store. one of your stores should have a choise
Went here last Monday and used my rewards card. I thought it was my free tea but they asked for full total of my purchase. Later when I looked on line at my points totals, I noted that it showed It was in fact my reward day. Where did the other $2 I paid end up. Today prior to going I checked to see if was my rewards day and noted that it was. I ordered the same items as last Monday, they scanned my reward and asked for the full total, when I questioned if it was my free drink,...read full review

Tim Hortons offers decently priced food and great iced coffee, although consistency can be an issue. The staff, while not overly cheerful in the early mornings, are helpful and quick with service. The peppermint tea and baked goods are highlights, but the restrooms can be extremely filthy at times. The donut selection may be limited, and some wraps come with little to no sauce, but the friendly service, especially from Stewart, makes up for it. Overall, a popular spot for casual meetups and family outings, though cleanliness standards could improve.
