Staff are super friendly and very efficient and helpful.
I usually only go through the Drive-thru but I do love the look of the new Timmy's since the Renovation. Staff is always quick and friendly no matter what time of the day I go through
I really enjoyed my food and drink and muffin at tim hortons on ontario street stratford.

Tim Hortons provides good food and drinks with generally good service, although some customers have experienced minor issues, such as incorrect orders and a dirty bathroom. Despite this, the location is convenient, and the staff handles busy periods well. The service is quick, with orders being ready before payment is completed. The atmosphere is great and the layout is interesting, making it a pleasant place to visit. Orders are packed efficiently, and the food is usually at the desirable temperature. Many vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant is kid-friendly, though care should be taken with hot drinks. The addition of hockey cards has been a fun touch, although some customers feel the price increase for packs is a bit steep. Overall, this Tim Hortons location at Ontario St., Stratford, is known for its friendly staff and uplifting service, especially when Frank is at the front.
