“Food is always fresh. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. The environment is very clean and well maintained. Your subs are delicious well made with care. We always stop in on our way out to camp. One particular lady who works there asks if we are eating on the go, and she will wrap your sub individually so it's easier to manage. That deserves a 5+ in my books. Its the little things that make you feel welcome. A smile sure goes a long way.“

“This location is my favorite pita pit to get pitas from. The pita always seems to have the same generous amount on ingredients, whereas at other locations, the pita can be bigger or smaller depending on the day. Could be due to a lack of training at other locations?“

The only complaint I have is that everything is shoved in the middle of the sub instead of on each side as to ensure the distribution of produce and meat are equal along the whole sub. Lately I’ve been getting subs that have everything placed in the middle which makes it a pretty bad experience. Please train the staff to put a sub together properly. My review will change to 5 star if things improve. Thanks :)“

“Lesley eats there about 2x a week, me, about 3x/mo. Very fast, friendly service. Polite, professional staff. The food is great, and Co-Vid did not hurt quality or take-out. They get to know their clients, too. We just walk in, and they already know what we want! We always have the day's special, and on the same breads, same veggies. It makes life simpler. no decisions, and we cycle through all the subs. We may be eating there too often!!! You cannot go wrong by eating here. “I have been to a lot of Subways in the City but I find the one at Lasalle and Diane St is by far the most friendly one and the freshest one I get the same sub all the time. I have gone to another one and will never go back there not only was the staff rude the sandwich I got at the end of the day was not all that fresh. I always order the cold cut.“
