Subway offers a consistently great experience with fresh food, pleasant and friendly staff, and a clean environment. Subs are well-made with care, and staff go the extra mile, like wrapping subs individually for easy handling on the go. Even during busy times, the staff remain tolerant, helpful, and provide service with a smile. They are generous with toppings and always include napkins in the bag. The shop is well-maintained, with clean washrooms and proper hygiene practices. It's a welcoming place, perfect for anyone, including large groups from events nearby.
The service is praised by customers, with staff described as "incredible" and providing "above and beyond" service with "smiles on their faces." The establishment is clean, and the food, including fresh cookies, is highly regarded. Customers appreciate the staff's kindness, even when they enter the restaurant before opening hours. The new ownership has also improved the quality and freshness of the ingredients, with generous toppings and a focus on proper food handling practices.
