Fresh handmade kalguksu noodles with a rich, flavorful broth. The jokbal and bossam are incredibly tender and melt in your mouth. The authentic Korean kimchi is simply outstanding. Highly recommended!
Very authentic Korean restaurant. You can taste the difference between these dishes that uses good quality species and ingredients and other similar stores that don’t put the same effort in. The kimchi was so flavourful and delicious. The pork one soup I had had lots of protein and intense flavour. The dishes were a bit spicy for me but I have a very low tolerance.
I recently visited Myeongdong Noodle Shabu Shabu and ordered the Mandu Soup and Cold Soybean Noodles. Both dishes were satisfying and enjoyable. The mandu soup had a comforting, well‑balanced broth with soft, flavorful dumplings, and the cold soybean noodles were smooth, refreshing, and perfect in texture. Overall, the meal was delicious, and I left feeling very pleased with the experience. I would happily return for another visit.

Myungdong Noodle Shabu Shabu offers delicious food and great service. The kimchi is a standout, with many considering it absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, especially with unlimited refills. The dumplings are fresh, hot, and generously stuffed with flavorful meat. The noodle dishes, such as the Kalguksu and Cold Noodle, are refreshing and loved by kids. The menu has expanded to include new items like bossam, jokbal, and big beef rib kalguksu, which is a great value with its large portion and tender meat that literally falls off the bone. The broth is rich, hearty, and incredible, while the noodles are nice and chewy. The cozy restaurant can get packed during lunch and dinner, but the friendly and prompt service makes it worth a visit for its phenomenal food.
