Their rectangular oat bread I bought from NoFrills is tasty and healthiest you can find. First ingredient Oats, second whole wheat, no omega 6 oil, no sugar. Cut a piece and toast it; divine. Thanks Pars bakery.
We just stumbled upon this place while driving on John Street. Went in and got ourselves some yazdi cakes, coconut cookies, pistachio cookies and Pomegranate basil drink. It's a Persian grocery store which also sells hot food. The yazdi cakes were the best I have eaten yet in Toronto. It's worth the drive wherever you are just for these cakes. Also this place is very well priced. We paid like under $11 for all 4 things we bought. Will go back for more yazdi cakes.

I am a fan of Persian Rice and cookies at this place. There are multiple options to choose from, and the taste is exceptionally delicate. Pars stands out with its delicious almond and walnut cookies. The Arian Persian rice is unbelievably tasty, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I plan to return to purchase another pack. Moreover, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend visiting again.
