Not impressed with the kitchen options or the fact that they will not remove / substitute toppings off your food ...
Tonight I ordered from Skip the Dishes. The meal comes with a bottle of coke with a top where you need a bottle opener. Not many people carry a bottle opener with them at a hotel. So I called the front desk to ask if I could borrow one from the bar. Not only did the young gentleman from the front desk (wish I had gotten his name but I know he bikes to the hotel from home!) bring the opener to my room...he said to keep it as it was a gift from the hotel!
