“I ordered takeout from Uber Eats, and the scrambled eggs with tomatoes were spoiled. The other braised lion head rice bowl also had some scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which was also spoiled. Both portions were inedible. That's outrageous. Let’s not talk about whether you will have diarrhea after eating it. It is outrageous that it is served hot and spoiled. I didn't know how many days it was left in the microwave, and then it was delivered directly after being microwaved, right?“

“This place is the best of the 3 bubble tea joints in the west side, the only one with popping pearls, the only one with a homey atmosphere (couch and TV) and a staff deserving of all the praise in the neighbourhood. Yipin Fruit Tea, is for me.“

“I always go there for me bubble tea, and they are always amazing, great customer service. However I just went for my tea 5 mins ago and the one lady that was there was moody and didn't even talk to me. Even after I thanked her for the 3rd time she said nothing.she just put the drink down on the counter. Didn't ask if I wanned to put my number down for points. I also forgot to ask. Still gave this place a 5 star cause other than that incident today, the place is great“

That's typically a sign of not so great management from experience and they probably need to hire more people so an entire evening's worth of guests isn't the responsibility of one stressed employee.“

“This is a real fun boba place, my kid loves the interactive ordering screen and the taste of their mango pineapple slushy and ice crush passion fruit is the best. We have brought friends there and theyloved it . My only suggestions is for the girls working there that are sometimes super friendly and other time act a bit like you are bothering them , especially one doing the closing shift if you get there after 8.30 pm . Stay friendly and welcoming please 🩷 We all run on super busy schedules and sometimes 8.30 pm , 8.45 pm or so is the time we can make.it to our favorite boba shop.🤩“

Service was awesome as well! We asked for 0% sugar and the girl was concerned if it would be a bit too sour so she made us try a bit before making it which was super nice of her!
