Ordered food from here 1hr ago and found hair in my food, can’t be mine my hair is long and light, the hair is dark and short. Tried calling them to let them know and they declined my calls
Anytime there are more than 2 people in line, I don’t bother going inside. They prioritize the online orders so much that there is often no workers helping the people in store. I’ve been the only person in the line multiple times and have had to wait extended periods of time just to be served. The food was great to begin with but they have changed a decent amount of toppings. If you’re in no rush at all, it can be worth the wait, but this is no “fast food” joint.
I've ordered the gluten free mild chicken wrap (which holds together nicely), and the jerk chicken bowl. both are very generous with the amount of food you get. well seasoned and fresh. so far no complaints.
