“Enjoyed visiting this location after a long hiatus from indulging myself with some TH albeit the restrictions were geographical by nature. That said, the staff was friendly, the service was quick and there was no line. The restrooms were clean as well.“

Let’s start with that bun… sorry, artisanally torched bread. The char on the top half is nothing short of revolutionary. Why settle for boring, even toasting when you can have a blackened crust that practically screams, “We don’t have time for quality control!” Truly, this is not burnt, it is caramelized to the edge of existence.
Then, we move on to the main event: the roast beef. Oh, the roast beef! Thinly sliced and glistening with… let’s call it “ambition,” the beef looks like it was hand selected from a premium vending machine. Its pale, grayish hue and delicate cracks suggest it was aged, perhaps in the back of a hot delivery truck on a 2008 summer day. That subtle sheen of sauce and mayonnaise pooling on the paper beneath? A tribute to gravity itself! It’s almost as though this sandwich knows it’s too good to stay contained.
And let’s not forget the generous smear of mayo, lovingly spread in haphazard dollops that could have only been applied by a true sandwich artisan. It gives the whole thing a surreal, deconstructed aesthetic as if the chef wants you to question, “Is this food or performance art?”
Finally, the presentation. Wrapped in Tim Hortons’ iconic branded paper, the sandwich rests gracefully in what can only be described as an artful puddle of regret. You don’t eat this sandwich, you experience it. Every bite is a mystery, will you taste char? dryness? or a burst of tepid mayo? Who knows! And that, my friend, is the genius of it.
In conclusion, your roast beef Craveable is the kind of meal that reminds us all why we sometimes skip lunch. A bold, experimental take on fast food, it pushes the boundaries of what a sandwich can and should be. Bravo, Tim Hortons. Bravo.“
“The best Tim’s I've ever been to. Excellent customer service. Always clean and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and very polite. However, your exterior door accessibility has been broken for a considerable amount of time. Can you please ask management to address this asap.“
“Second time at Tim Hortons. Being from America this is the best place we went in terms of food. The menu cycles too much though and the print is too small. Long story short it led to confusion where a donut order was missed and the cashier yelled at my kid. All a miscommunication turned out but kinda wild she flipped out on him. That being said I'd still go back. You can cuss my kids out for these egg and steak sandwiches.“
“After seeing so many bad reviews I figure I should balance the scale. This tims is by far the fastest drive through in town. Even though you might have to line up on the street, they get you through quick. It also has the friendliest staff. Especially in the AM. All the ladies there are so kind and always make it a great experience. Unlike the other shops in town my order has never come out wrong here. Keep up the great work.“
“I go to 2 locations often in north ward.Yes sometimes it's very busy. I have had to wait maybe 4 to 5 minutes. Never 15 to 20 min. That would be an exaggeration.Service generally good. If an employee makes a mistake, I let them know and they correct. Good coffee and snacks. Fair price.“
“This Tim Hortons was so delicious! I was extremely satisfied with my breakfast sandwich, latte and donut. I tried the Wild berry Cheesecake donut and it was the best donut flavor I've had in a long time! The biscuit was buttery and yummy. Well done!“

“The chicken wrap is delicious and donuts pretty good. My wife wanted a BLT artisan sandwich, but they made her a BLT bagel instead, not totally sure why those are both options and why they wouldn't clarify. She said it tasted fine, but was a little dry because it didn't have any type of sauce or anything.“

“Manjot and the team and this Tim Hortons are fantastic! For everything and everyone they deal with at this location I don't know how they do it! They could have double the staff working most days to keep up with the demand but still I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time! They always serve the mobile pickup with a smile! They definitely deserve recognition from management and the company for their outstanding efforts!“
“Fast, friendly service. Neat, and clean. Came back after an appointment close by, were very kind to reheat my Sausage and Egg, as I didn't get a chance to eat it right away. Made my day :)

“Great coffee, pretty good espresso. Employees here are very friendly.It is worth mentioning that this is a hotspot for thunder bays most vulnerable people. The bathrooms here are this side of the town's new safe injection site. Be prepared to wait between 5-20 minutes to use the bathroom.There should be security employed at this location.This picture isn't a reflection of the store, the employees here make do with what they're given. And they're not given much.“
