I saw a review saying Navdeep was rude, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve actually driven from another part of the city because her service is always so friendly and professional. This was hands down the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in Canada. I was visiting from Toronto, and I left with such a full heart.
The team here is truly exceptional, so warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager, Gauri, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Her kindness, attention to detail, and the way she runs the store really stood out to me.
