Great staff, great service, always a pleasure
I always have a wonderful experience whenever I step into the Tim Hortons on Cumberland, thanks to all the amazing employees—especially a young lady named Navjot.
I would like to recognize her for the excellent service she consistently provides. She is always multitasking, friendly, smiling, respectful, and attentive to customers. Even when it gets busy, she remains patient, organized, and professional throughout.

Had a really good experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I especially appreciated how professional and helpful the supervisor Navjot kaur was. She was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can really see her positive attitude and good leadership in the way the team works. Great service overall!

Tim Hortons is a cozy spot with yummy treats like coffee and divine donuts. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making it stand out. Customers often receive excellent customer service from the staff, who are friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Many mention that the service is fast and efficient, whether inside or through the drive-thru. The coffee consistently exceeds expectations, and the muffins, especially lemon and fruit explosion, are highly recommended for their flavor and quality. While there are no gluten-free options, the overall experience is warm and inviting, making it a great place for a quick break or sweet pick-me-up.
