“I love starting my day with pressed for time. I pull up and my Harbour Fog appears in my window. It smells and tastes like a cup of happiness. And it is a joy to be served by someone so genuine and very clearly wants to see his business flourish.“

“Robin's donuts is one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Northern Ontario, especially the ones in the thunder Bay area. And specifically this location. Staff is always very friendly, coffee's always piping hot and good. Can never go wrong with the amazing donkers“

“I always use the drive thru and usually only order a tea but I only go in the day because in the evening it doesn’t taste as good. Sometimes I’ll go alone or with my kids they usually get a sandwich or something else. My youngest gets thé chocolate milk and a cookie I love the woman that’s always on the till during the day with the glasses I’m always giving her a tip because she’s always so nice. If I’m with my pug she always asks if she can have a treat and if I’m alone she always is like you’re alone today. Super friendly staff person. Wish I knew her name.“

“At the regional hospital, many of the people grabbing a coffee or something quick to eat are dealing with emotions that are new to them. That segment of the public should experience a little more care and understanding. They most certainly do not need to speak repeatedly their order, nor endure getting that order wrong.
Many coffee shops struggle with this sloppy customer service and I am exceptionally happy to report that the team at this Robin's are EXEMPLARY!!!! After 24 weeks of my treatment and testing, ordering a quick breakfast and coffee is a type of relief. I must repeat that this is a team of fantastic people, but the team captain must be Charlene. After all these weeks, I have come to experience her expertise. Yes! Expertise!! Business like, of course, but always in a great mood.
If she is not a trainer of new employees, she should be. It says something to feel special, and have your order done quickly and accurately. Some people are just great at their jobs, and I can not say enough about their team captain.
BUT, I am not saying I am displeased with anyone there, but Charlene leads that pack of stellar service. Perhaps she is inspires others to perfect their customer service prowess, for they are all good.
So, when coming to the regional hospital, forget the drive through elsewhere. Come directly and sample good coffee with great service.“

“I always have a wonderful experience whenever I step into the Tim Hortons on Cumberland, thanks to all the amazing employees—especially a young lady named Navjot.
I would like to recognize her for the excellent service she consistently provides. She is always multitasking, friendly, smiling, respectful, and attentive to customers. Even when it gets busy, she remains patient, organized, and professional throughout.
Employees like Navjot truly make this Tim Hortons feel welcoming and enjoyable. Her hard work and positive attitude deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

“I have to say that the server working Oct 12 at this location was fantastic. She was by her self, my family and I found that she handled herself with alot of grace, especially since the place was busy. The food was delicious and made to perfection. As someone new to the area this location is destined to be our new favourite, thanks to the young lady working that day.“
