“Robin's donuts is one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Northern Ontario, especially the ones in the thunder Bay area. And specifically this location. Staff is always very friendly, coffee's always piping hot and good. Can never go wrong with the amazing donkers“

“I always use the drive thru and usually only order a tea but I only go in the day because in the evening it doesn’t taste as good. Sometimes I’ll go alone or with my kids they usually get a sandwich or something else. My youngest gets thé chocolate milk and a cookie I love the woman that’s always on the till during the day with the glasses I’m always giving her a tip because she’s always so nice. If I’m with my pug she always asks if she can have a treat and if I’m alone she always is like you’re alone today. Super friendly staff person. Wish I knew her name.“

“I saw a review saying Navdeep was rude, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve actually driven from another part of the city because her service is always so friendly and professional. She’s polite, respectful, and always greets customers with a smile. She handles busy times really well, stays calm under pressure, and makes sure orders are right. Honestly, she’s one of the best supervisors there—very hardworking and dedicated. It doesn’t seem fair to spread false information about her.“
