“It had been nearly 2 decades since I had visited Coney Island, in all that time the only thing that changed was the staff, and the shape of the coca cola cans. Literally exactly the same!!! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was awesome, much faster than any fast food restaurant in town. I had just sat down at the bar after ordering, my pop was already in my spot, I barely had time to open the can of pop when my coney dog appeared on a plate in front of me, immediately followed by the fries and gravy from the back kitchen!!! I mean, it's as close to a Nascar pitstop as one could hope for!!! Well done!!! :)“

“If you’re in Thunder Bay, Nook is an absolute must-visit. We had an exceptional meal here, starting with the Greens Soup. The blend of chickpeas and pecorino was great, but the walnuts were the real highlight—they gave the soup a vibrant, unexpected taste.

We also tried the Focaccia, which came with a bean dip instead of the traditional olive oil. It was my first time trying this combination, and it was surprisingly delicious. For mains, the Gnocchi Pomodoro was a perfect, high-quality classic, but the Pizza Diavolo was the true standout. They hide the spicy soppressata between the cheese and the dough, and with the Calabrian chili on top, it creates a spicy taste explosion that works perfectly with the cheese.

The service was great and the prices are very genuine for the quality. It stays busy, so I’d highly recommend making a reservation!“

Growing up in toronto, places like this are rare. It is canadian version of chinese food, if you are looking for actual chinese food, chicken balls are not on the menu. that being said, the Bon bon ribs. had never heard of them before until now. I was told from another establishment that it was a Thunderbay thing. They are a little tough and heavily tastes like baking soda and uncooked flour with very little flavour other than the meat itself. The order I made was pretty fresh for closing time. some "chinese low mein" that was the okayest noodles in the area, all considering i can't find an actual chinese restaraunt in the area that doesn't have canadian chinese food on the menu this place is good, the service is legit. not many establishments in the area will serve you 30 minutes before closing and the food being hot too is pretty bananas.“

She is very good at what she does we were very impressed with her service ..any restaurant or business would be honored to have her work for them .so be sure to keep her ..lol.. the meal was fantastic kudos and props to the chefs great job on how are steaks were cooked to perfection ... great all around service .. keep up the good work.
