Consistently good food, and the staff are kind and courteous. Their tofu greens are delicious; the tofu is juicy, and perfectly textured. If you enjoy tofu and/or are vegetarian with fewer options at Chinese restaurants, go to Chinese Express. And avoid the restaurant across the street, their tofu is tough, dry, and way too salty.
We ordered 2 noodle bowls and SS wontons from Chinese express and it was amazing. Portion were large and the flavors of the pork and spring rolls are amazing. These are the best spring rolls in town without a doubt. The sauce is flavourful and they give a lot of that as well. Love this place!
