Best Chinese in Thunder Bay!! The only Chinese restaurant open on a Wednesday in Fort William. Although there was a language barrier with the person who took my order over the phone; when I spoke face to face she didn't sound rude and we both understood each other. I'd still rate this place with a 3-star for a passing grade. It's not as much of a 5-star as I rated it before the previous owner sold it a few years ago. Now, they serve lesser portions for above-average prices; sometimes they're bland-tasting - not as better as I always expected.
