The only restaurant in town feels like home food making. 100% recommended Note : waiting time around 30 min because they cook everything fresh if you are in rush call them before you go they will make it ready for you either dine-in or takeout.
Ordered the veggie platter to go today. It cost me about $19.00 with tax. Recieved a large portion, well packaged, and lots of injera to accompany the meal. I didn't like the potatoes & carrot part of the meal but loved the red lentils, green lentils, kale, cabbage part of the dish especially with the sauce they give on the side for dipping. Delicious! Service was very quick and food came out steaming hot! Thanks so much!
One of my new favourites on the city !

African Delight Cafe and Restaurant offers authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean food with flavorful dishes like tender meat and classic injera bread. The meals include lentils, potatoes, salad, fried fish, and dishes like Beef Tibs, Lamb Chacha, and African Delight Platter. The injera is often described as better than dosa, and the fish with salad is highly praised. The restaurant has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe with the smell of coffee adding to the African ambiance. The service is friendly and attentive, though some customers noted that the cleanliness, especially the toilets, could be improved. Despite occasional waits, visitors find the affordable and tasty meals worth returning for, making it a great spot for halal African cuisine enjoyed in a warm, family-run environment.
