Bar Wellington is a pleasant neighborhood spot that offers a great vibe and delightful dining experience. The service is excellent, with friendly and efficient staff serving fresh, tasty food. The menu features an amazing beer selection, and the overall atmosphere is something special. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is easy to access, with paid street parking available nearby. Highlights include the chicken dumplings, fries, and chicken drumsticks, which are all generously portioned and flavorful. The patio is lovely and great for nice summer nights to chill and have some drinks. Customers recommend the wings and bacon cheeseburger. The steak & frites is loved, along with the creative mocktails, and the atmosphere is really nice and chill. It's a great place and location for a first date. The ambience gives a comfortable vibe. The chicken and shrimp starters are amazing, while the sandwiches are alright. Overall, it's a sweet spot to grab a bite and drink. It possibly has one of the BEST French Onion Soup, well seasoned and incredibly cheesy! Classic Carbonara is INSANELY creamy, paired with Caramelized Pork Belly, a MUST! The Ribs & Wings Combo will satisfy all cravings, this meaty platter is BOMB, with fall-off-the-bone tender ribs meeting Soy Ginger Wings and fries. Chipotle Shrimp is tossed beautifully in a wonderful dressing. Espresso Martinis complement the meal. However, some customers feel the food is typical pub fare and could use more variety. There have also been comments about the rooftop unit's low humming sound disturbing nearby residents. The atmosphere remains cool, and while some did not try the food, they noted that others enjoyed burgers and salads with good portions.
