“We entered the store about 15 minutes before closing and initially felt bad since it was almost their closing time. However, the manager and the customer service representative (who seemed to be in training) were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to assist us and happily accommodated our order without making us feel rushed. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out. We often come here on the 31st every month for their 31% off on pre-packed ice creams. We do get greeted and served positively all the time.

They have good selections of ice cream cakes for Birthdays as well.

“I love Baskin Robbin’s pralines and cream ice cream and I always buy it and nothing else. I’ve noticed that in the past couple of years, maybe longer, that the pre-packed versions of pralines and cream barely has any caramel and the pralines are just crumbs now. This is not the fault of this location. I’ve emailed Baskin Robbin’s about this and am still waiting for an answer. I now buy a container hand packed by the servers. It costs more but the quality is much better. But because it’s more expensive, I come less often.“

Stopped by this small Baskin-Robbins and was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, staff were super friendly, and they let me try a couple flavors before choosing. Ice cream was fresh and tasty as always — I went with the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a waffle cone. Perfect treat on a hot day. Will definitely come back!“

“I ordered an ice cream cake for my bf’s birthday and originally scheduled the pickup for 4pm on Nov 6, but my plans suddenly changed and I asked if I could pick it up earlier. It was a very last-minute and difficult request, but the store staff and the cake designer were incredibly kind and accommodating. They managed to rush the order, and the cake still turned out beautiful and high quality. Really appreciate their help and amazing service!“

“I stopped by yesterday, and the wonderful employee was so sweet, attentive, polite, and welcoming. She quickly came over to say hi with a big smile and told us once we're ready to let her know.
She gave my daughter time to choose which ice cream flavor she wanted, and she was the sweetest throughout the transcation!! I wish I got her name, but she was the most wonderful employee I came across at the mall yesterday!

“A custom ice cream cake with Oreo cookies was ordered for a son's birthday, and it was a complete success! The cake was a massive hit with both the children and adults at the party. “With the sweltering heat at an all time high this time of year, a scoop of ice cream lovin’ is much needed. Walking through Scarborough Town Centre can be like fighting for your life in the trenches. There’s screaming children, teens trying to make viral tiktoks but really just causing a disturbance, the scent of patties and the ttc swirling around to make the most interesting concoction of smells that violate your nose. Not that the patties stink, they’re actually quite wonderful, but the mall can be a bit much sometimes. The employees at Baskin Robins are like if Xanax was a person. They calm your anxiety and are always so helpful. Today I was helped by the most lovely worker, Joyce! She let my friend and I try different samples and her beautiful personality convinced me to buy not only one scoop but two! She joked and giggled with us and made it such a pleasurable experience. Joyce was sunshine in human form and immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. You don’t really think about customer service when ordering ice cream but this is an interaction I’ll be thinking of for days. Weeks even. She was such a lovely soul.
