Paczki, polish donutfilled with plum jam that was denser & springy and finished with thin sugar glaze was very nice- Different than North American style doughnut.
A wonderful, heartwarming gem in our neighborhood that feels like stepping back into a time when baking was a true, honest craft. I have been coming here regularly for their traditional sourdough rye bread and fresh plum pączki & the quality is consistently exceptional - never overly sweet, always perfectly textured & baked with real love.
