This restaurant needs to get all its staff members on the same page at the North York location and give them a lesson in how to deal with their customers in an already hectic time of year. We were told on the phone they wouldn’t hold our reservation for more than 15 minutes due to high volume of reservations (which we fully understand) we made it with 3 minutes to spare and the server very rudely told my mom and grandmother that they gave our table away after 10 minutes, my...read full review
Great food, great drinks, great prices, and great service. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Toronto!
Food was great, although serve was very slow and at times non-existent though I guess they must be short staffed.
ordered $17 waffles only to see no whip cream and after hounding down a waiter was told there was none.
I mean, if that's the case, fine. But don't just walk away and hope we dont notice. let us know. offer a discount or add extra fruit aside from the 2 strawberry and 5 blueberries.
