“We went in for a 5-course Secret Lunch menu and it was one of the best Michelin experiences we've ever had. A lot of that has to do with how quiet it was. And the other part came from the explanations, the food itself (which was amazing), and the fact that half of the wines were from Ontario. Definitely recommend for lunch if you're in town!“

“We had a bar table on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago (Oct 2025)and had an exceptional meal great choices and excellent wine pairings to go with the dishes we selected from the menu at a very reasonable price the same offering in Melbourne (we are Australian) would be at least 50% more. The staff were really accommodating to any requests and totally professional while being really approachable. We have secured a table in the dining room in December and we are looking forward to the set menu. A well earned star in the Michelin Guide keep it up folks.“

“Fantastic food a little pricey but worth every cent“
“Best tasting experience of the year! No doubt a five-star recommendation! My friend and I prepaid for the 9-course tasting menu through OpenTable and every course turns out to be so innovative and tasty! The tasting menu was not shown until the very end, which made us in suspense throughout the journey. Moreover, the restaurant was also very caring and asked about our food preference and allergy ahead of time. Neither of us are spicy-sauce tolerant, and therefore we appreciated it so much when they added a plate of freshly made salad, of which size was big enough for sharing, right after we told them one course was still too spicy for us! If I have to name one downside of this place, I'd say it's quite troublesome for ppl who prefer to making reservations over phone to get an instant answer to their questions and concerns, especially about the tasting menu since it's prepaid. Although the phone number is provided on both restaurant website and OpenTable, no one really picked the phone during the business hour and no voice mail was enabled — I tried at least 4 times before made up my mind just doing the online booking.“

“Ostaria Giula has the most amazing staff our server was Giancarlo he was super amaziOstaria Giulia hang with great recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about all the food and was able to suggest dishes for food allergies. I was so excited to go to our first Michelin star restaurant to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. I was hoping to be able to meet Rob Rossi but I didn't just meet him, he was aware of our celebration and he took the time to come and great us .....I am a foodie so I was truly star struck. David Minicucci went above and beyond getting us a perfect table and ensuring we had a wonderful celebration. Thank you all at Ostaria Giulia from the chefs to servers and bar tender and the wonderful sommelier who suggested the perfect wine. We had an amazing time that I will remember forever. BRAVO!!!!!“

“Not a bad note at any time. Monica is a very good server who is knowledgeable, engaging but not smothering. There when needed. The food is inventive and so tasty. Small bites. Two of us ordered five dishes and loved them all. The sommelier, Tessa, makes an amazing Arancello (better than Limoncello)! Her wine list is interesting and extensive, covering most types and regions, but we would have liked more bottles from Ontario, although the ones provided are all really good. We shall be back.“

“Stratus is truly a standout high-end restaurant in Toronto. The service here is unlike any other; the staff go above and beyond, and the level of customer care is worth every penny. The experience and the incredible skyscraper views alone are enough to make me want to return.
As for the food, my experience was mixed. I ordered the albacore tuna bowl, and unfortunately the tuna didn’t feel very fresh and didn’t sit well with me afterward. However, my friend had the short rib and said it was amazing, so it may have just been an off plate for me that day.
Even so, I would absolutely go back for the exceptional service and to try something different. It is rare to find a place where the servers make you feel so welcome, and Stratus definitely did not miss in that regard. The atmosphere and views make it a memorable spot worth revisiting.“
“Visited this place for the first time and its really beautiful especially in this weather if you want to have the dome experience, it’s worth it. The overall hospitality including food, service and quality is absolutely top notch. Jagrit was our server and he was so welcoming and professional. Overall, good atmosphere, good food and good staff.“

“The food is so yummy, try the lamb! the cocktails very unique and tasty, and the staff is lovely and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. There was a situation where one of the other customers was not happy, she was horrible, she yelled, was rude and she called the staff racist names, I was so impressed with how the staff handled it. They continued to be polite, professional and stayed calm. I did not but that's a story for another time. 😀“

“I came here for a corporate dinner, so the bill wasn’t on me this time — and I’m glad I had the chance to give it a try. The food was really good quality with great flavors, though I was hoping for something a little more memorable for the prices on the menu.
Everything was nicely prepared, but nothing really stood out or melted in my mouth — except for the white chocolate cheesecake, which was absolutely amazing!
The service was exceptional. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and knew the menu very well. The ambiance was lovely too, with nice lighting and a relaxed feel throughout the restaurant. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience, though I’m not sure I’d personally splurge on those prices if it were on my own tab.“

“We were so impressed with the experience! Vibe/decor: minimal yet authentic, high ceilings, clay pots, food displays, spacious marble bathrooms. Service: our server was professional and easygoing, we felt at ease and well taken care of, without the fake niceties. The little fish tour was enlightening! But the busboys/girls would benefit from more training - they were confused a lot lol. Food: We chose the 4 course dinner. WOW! Amazing flavours! The sashimi was the best I had... Ever. The dorado once sprinkled with lemon juice and salted with their super cool salt was perfectly balanced. We were joking before coming that we'll probably go to McDonald's after to eat because the portions will be tiny. We were wrong. The portions were well sized and I even took one of the courses and desserts home as I was full. So did my friends. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while.“

“We had a first date beautiful brunch experience at ONE. The service was excellent - from the check in experience to the bartender to the wait staff - all first class. The food was excellent but we didn’t exactly test the chef’s skills with an omelette for me and oatmeal with honey for my date. The portions were perfect if not generous, which I was not expecting, but welcomed because I was famished and hung over. Drinks were also excellent. I enjoyed 2 perfectly made bloody Mary’s and my date loved her spicy margarita. All in all a first class dining experience.“

“Second time here. Tasting menu both times. Some repeats (venison, wage) as well as some new dishes. All were very good to exceptional- venison, risotto with white truffles were highlights. Professional, friendly service from all the staff and especially Jordan, the young sommelier. 1 oz pour of D'Yquem 2001- what a treat. Room is opulent and warm. Deserving of their star.“
