Recent Reviews

Just recently had lunch at Frans after the marathon yesterday. The food was good. However, my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. They only have one bathroom and you need a code to get in. Once inside, she noticed that there was a man waiting for a cubicle. Apparently, the bathrooms are shared by both men and women which made her very uncomfortable. What would happen if a man assaulted a woman in the bathroom. The restaurant would be liable. The doors on the cubicle go from...

Was visiting downtown Toronto today from Montreal and stopped in at Fran’s Restaurant on Victoria’s street for lunch. Food, atmosphere and service was excellent! Our server Noah was knowledgeable, friendly with a wonderful sense of humour, which made our dining experience memorable! We will definitely be back! Thank you Noah!
