I was worried when I saw the long lineup during the lunch rush hour, but the highly efficient crew were running the place like a well-oiled machine--except without the oil, per the restaurant's manifesto. When they toss the salad in the bag, a good portion of it stayed in the bag which they threw out. When they were prepping it, I saw them put avocado in but none ended up in my bowl. Not to mention how pricey it is for a salad.

Quick service. But that was the only good part. They forgot the teriyaki sauce in my teriyaki bowl...totally dry and bland. Plus all drinks at room temperature isn't a great accompaniment. Quite disappointing since I've been satisfied with this bowl a number of times from other locations.
