The food was truly exceptional and beautifully presented. However there were issues with the front of house organization. Course were served a little too quickly and the wine for the main entree was missed even though a reminder was given to the server. It was a busy night and undoubtedly a challenge. George is our favourite restaurant for special occasions. The tasting menu is a must. Every single dish is presented like a work of art and the flavours are extraordinary. The ingredients in each dish come together like a symphony in your mouth. The tasting menu can be modified for any food preferences or allergies which my family really appreciates. This was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I have dined in a number of Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and this experience ranked with the best of them. The chef is truly talented. The service and ambience were lovely. Wish I had the option to give it more stars!!
