“I love açai bowls. I eat them everywhere I go and when I see a sign that says “BEST Açai bowl in the GTA” I have to try it out.
And you know what, it didn’t disappoint.
The bowl I had was the just the right amount of açai and a really great in house made granola flake and Nutella like product, with coconut flakes and banana. It was just the right combination of sweet with crunchy.
It’s a must try if you haven’t had the chance and honestly you never feel guilty about eating an Açai bowl.“

“I’ve been coming here for lunch almost every week since they opened in August, and it’s become one of my go-to spots for fresh, healthy meals. The Chicken Shawarma Bowl, Steak Salad, and Mexican Black Bean Bowl are my top picks—great for keeping on track with my macros and always delicious. Ordering through the app is simple and reliable, and my orders have been spot-on every time. The staff are very friendly, and the location in Union Station’s food court makes it incredibly convenient.“

“I got the build-your-own bowl with black rice, five toppings and poke salmon. It was my first time trying black rice in a poke bowl and it tasted like sticky rice. Besides, they also had sweet potato noodles and quinoa as base options which is not common to see in a poke bowl. The toppings and salmon were fresh and the portions were fair. ?“
“This market for gluten free, dairy free, and keto every healthy thing. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to return back.“

“I’ve walked by here for months, and eventually tried the PB&J yogurt cup. I couldn’t resist after that and now I am a regular. I learned who Mona is …..she is the owner! and every tip I’ve given is actually hers.
She has recommended a famous and popular maple cup, and has so many fresh options and substitutes. It is very much worth the price to eat something fresh, locally sourced and made, right in the morning to start my day. And of course, I get to support Mona!
Thanks Mona!!“

“My daughter took me to the Spadina location ( my first time at Kupfert & Kim) and I loved my bowl, healthy, fresh, tasty and nutritious, and my coffee with almond milk was delicious! I’m not vegetarian or vegan but I’ll be back for sure!“
“Dr Goldfield is a genius. We both stayed in the Amazon jungle together for 7 nights and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs. He took on tarantulas, scorpions and snakes.we were at desperation until he swam butt naked 17 miles up the Amazon river to get help. Absolute genius“
“Steve is awesome. The place is beautiful and impeccable. I love the attention to detail and the Yoga Warrior is the breakfast of Warriors. Had a great conversation and bought a Lemon Balm home and named it Balmy... omg I have been living in the beaches a bit long...“

“I had a great experience at Freshii thanks to Bobo! He was incredibly kind and accommodating—when I forgot my GoodLife card, he still honored the partnership discount without hesitation, which I really appreciated. The service overall was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. It's always nice to be treated with such respect and warmth. Thanks again, Bobo—I'll definitely be coming back!“

“About us:
We go eating out in different restaurants and middle places 3-5 times a week. We tried different places, poulet rough is one of the best for bowls with rise and chicken and this one at the same place.
Our experience with mad radish specifically here:
Portion is not as big as you would expect, but it’s more than enough for 1 person.
They have everything for nature, like compostable utensils, cups etc. which is not cheap and by this you support nature
Quality of ingredients is top
And people working specifically in the place are great ❤️“
“Excellent store. Very high quality produce. Well stocked and friendly staff. I highly recommend.“
“Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Store is always clean and organized. Love this place. ❤️“
“Nutbar is a trendy superfood cafe, with a focus on serving nutrient rich, organic, and wholesome foods. The menu consists of health bars, bowls, salads, toasts, wellness shots, coffee, tea, and smoothies. Note that the prices here are a bit higher compared to other smoothie shops.
I tried the Ultimate Recovery Smoothie ($16.75) and loved it! Made with orangic blueberries, collagen, cashews, matcha, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, barmilk, dates, and sea salt. The ingredients were blended nicely, and it was flavourful, refreshing and filling, making it a perfect on-the-go snack.
The staff was friendly and service was good. The Yorkville location has an airy but warm ambiance, with a good amount of seating.
I'm giving 5 stars for the smoothie itself, but overall 4 stars for the experience because the case storing the health bars had a few flies in it, which was a bit off‑putting.“
“Great store, great products, great staff!“

“I have been absolutely crushing uber eats Buy-1-Get-1 at this location and I gotta say, of the locations I’ve visited.. this is the only one that actually fills the bowl! Wow 🤯
Really makes it feel like you’re getting 2 full bowls for the price of one, rather than some other locations that cut 1 bowl in 2 halves 👎
This spot gets it. 5 stars 👏👏👏“

“I recently visited this plant-based restaurant for the first time (Yorkville location). I ordered the Ginger Peanut salad (yummy!). It was a generous portion. I read on their website that many of their ingredients are organic, which influenced my decision to go there. I was happy to visit a place that offers many options for vegetarians, vegans and plant-based people. I'll definitely go back.“
“Very respectful staff, good selection, very clean and well maintained.“

“This is Toronto’s best breakfast sandwich place. The most divine bread creation my taste buds have ever experienced. Whenever I’m nearby, I must eat here - resistance is futile. Once I strategically grabbed two at 10am for lunch because I’m a genius.
Dear management: please extend these masterpieces to lunch hours! The lovely lady deserves a raise - honestly, if someone else is making sandwiches, I get nervous about the magic being different.
If you’re heading to Toronto Island, stopping here is mandatory. Get two: BLT and bacon, egg & cheese. You’re welcome.“
“I'm a regular here and just wanted to share some thoughts after spending quite a bit of time shopping around 😄 One of the biggest pros is the variety — there are so many options for whatever you're looking for, and the quality is consistently great.
for example, milk — tons of choices. From regular milk to all kinds of milk alternatives, with multiple brands too. Compared to other big-name stores, you can pretty much find everything in one place here.
Even smaller kitchen essentials like cooking oil, baking ingredients, and supplements are well-stocked with high-quality brands. Prices are also super reasonable and affordable, which is a hugeeee plusss!“

“Pretty good spot in the path for some takeout salad. It is wonderful to see a spot like this offer halal chicken options. They have a couple of variety. Have tried the Peri Peri chicken bowl and the maple farm and both are solid. The vegetables are fresh and the chicken is seasoned well.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and halal options available
Parking: Underground location in the path so no designated parking. Have to park on the street somewhere“

“While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.
Vegetarian options: The whole restaurant
is vegetarian and gluten free.“
