The online store replied to my questions quickly, and then packaged and shipped my items soon after I placed the order. They were very helpful with hard-to-find items (Similac 59ml).
Great in person service, however no one ever answers the phone and they take almost a week to get back to you! No matter what time of the day you call you can't get anyone. I'm and elderly man and I don't live close to the city so having to travel down there just to find out that what you need is not in stock is quiet an inconvenience and irritating just had someone answered my numerous calls it could have sufficed!
