I order here 1-2 a week. Food is always amazing. I’ve personally never ordered in person (I use the app) so I’ve never encountered slow service. Food is always there by the time I arrive.
I have been a regular customer with IQ Food since its first opening at First Canadian Place and a recent move to live in downtown makes me return at least 3 to 4 times weekly. The Wellington location is the best, the food here is all about the organic ingredients, no additives and the sauce is on the side. The acavado toast and the Lima are my regular orders. I ordered the roasted salmon with broccoli bowl and added an egg.I asked if the egg is organic, pasture-raised, free-range and they said yes, but it’s clearly not. The yolk is the palest yellow.I asked if the salmon is farmed or wild sockeye and she replied that it’s wild. But it is clearly not, one can easily see from the colour and the flavour.
