I won't be going here because of the manager, Anthony. Customer service is the most important thing to me and based on his treatment of a variety of groups of people with nothing done by Kasa Moto I'm too nervous to eat there.

Unbelievable food, the tuna crispy rice was 1000/10. The rolls were fantastic, and the shrimp noodles were insane. Food came so fast, loved the experience. Our server was so nice and the table was great

Service was so slow. When we asked the waitress why our food was taking over 2 hours she got visibly annoyed and said it was being plated. Even drinks took 30 mins. We ordered caviar but got fish roe instead. Some of the portions were so tiny. When we said we couldn’t wait any longer and asked to cancel the remaining dishes, the waitress “forgot” to remove the cancelled food on the bill. Overall a bad experience for it’s price, you get better customer service at Wendy’s. Don’t waste your money.

I came during peak time - 12:30pm - for the ayce brunch. For a non-alcoholic option that is not on the menu, the price is $75pp. This was appreciated but I wish it was advertised somewhere. There is then two different alcoholic options for $99 and $149 for regular and premium, respectively. Both seemed to have good selections. While the food was presented well, the taste was underwhelming and I was surprised at the quality given that the chefs were Japanese. The food served did not lend much authenticity; perhaps they tried to cater to the rich, white clientele in Yorkville. It felt like a fancy Mandarin.- premium sushi: four nigiri + 4 rolls, tasted ok and to expectation. Nothing out of the ordinary.- chicken karrage + waffles: chicken was nice and tender.- sashimi crudo: skip it- beef pichana: chewy and cold. Sauce was tasty.- Wagyu fried rice: tasty but Wagyu was too salty.- Miso yaki udon: blandOur server was nice and attentive. She made sure to notify the kitchen of allergies. There were several mix-ups that came from the kitchen which can be chalked up to the busy peak time.Overall, the ayce is not worth it unless you are planning to drink your money back. We couldn't stomach more than 30min of eating. I'll give it a second shot for the regular menu and hope the quality is better.

Our server Janine was incredible. Fun experience to try once, portions aren’t too big so it’s easy to try a little bit of everything. All you can drink was very generous! Plenty of Prosecco and Sake Sangria consumed.

I have been to Kasa Moto for many years and never in my life have I seen such racism at an establishment/restaurant. The disrespect is unreal. When a group of us were at a birthday dinner at Kata Moto this past Thursday, we brought up a concern and spoke to the manager Anthony. Instead of coming up with a solution, not only did he not solve the problem he responded " Ill give you guys a suggestion that solve the problem, you guys can walk away from the bill and we will charge the credit card on file." I've never heard such classless and disrespectful response. I will never step foot into Kasa Moto again.

I didn’t look at reviews before coming here as I saw an ig post and it looked good. Came in with high hopes but was quickly disappointed. We essentially finished our meal in 35mins. The service was fantastic. Staff was really good. General feel for the food? It lacks Flavor; Flavor of the orient! Feels like when u go to a small town and they say this is authentic Japanese and that’s what this tastes like lol. Then I pulled up google and see yea there is a consensus on food quality here. Well. Hope they do improve but for the time being, not sure it’s worth a visit in the near future.

Anthony was a horrible manager. Service was horrible. He made us order shots to pay more instead of buying a bottle. Please do not go there the management does not care about the customers.
