Really cute spot! The food was great: fried rice and Brussels sprouts were the stars. Pork coleslaw and chicken were good but not as good as the other two

4/5 would come back and bring friends

My boyfriend and I went for their summerlicious dinner. There were a variety of food and their ceviche appetizer and babi panggang were very flavorful and delicious!

Everything was going well until one waitress decided to slam the dessert plates on the table and even tossed the spoons right on top of the dessert. I looked at her stunned and she just stared back and walked away (please check the CCTV).

I understand the sound could have been loud since it was a glass table, but none of the other waiters served food like that - they were very careful and polite.

I found her attitude rude and felt devalued as a customer. I was really excited to try this place and it didn't feel great being treated like that, especially for a dinner date.

The rest of the restaurant staff were very sweet and kind, and I'm sure this doesn't happen regularly. I'm not asking for any VIP service from the waitress. I just hope the restaurant can better educate their staff with basic manners when it comes to serving food.

Chicken satay was over burnt. Fresh shrimps are usually softer and have a nice texture. The curry shrimps here were very strange texture. Also the desert tasted like from cheap supermarket. Very disappointed and overpriced.

Was really looking forward to this visit but the food did not taste as good as it did before. Most of the food was too salty. The fries and the peanut sauce in the war fries were not very flavourful. Aside from the fries though, the steak was fine!

The place has a nice vibe and looks clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although it did take a while before someone came and took our order. Not a huge deal.

I was kinda disappointed with the food though. Although the dishes looked great on the menu, they were all a bit mediocre. We had chicken sate and curry prawns, along with some smaller bites. The sate wasn't particularly flavourful and the prawns were too chewy and not particularly warm. The dessert was also very disappointing. For the price I sure would have expected better.

Came here for Summerlicious and left so full. $45 for all that food and still had leftovers. Pork slaw was bomb—crispy, salty, tangy. Ceviche was good too but I liked the slaw more. Pork belly + chicken were tender but the sides hit harder. Brussel sprouts were still crispy even with the sweet sauce, and the Indonesian fried rice was unreal, great seasoning.

Dessert was solid—good coconut flavour, not too sweet. Cocktails were sweet and easy to drink, didn’t even taste like alcohol. Honestly an underrated spot, would definitely come back.

4 stars cause service was insanely slow. We had to wait quite a bit for our food.

This was just okay for me, but I think that's more due to me not being a fan of Indonesian food, not because the food wasn't well prepared. (This was our first time trying Indonesian food.)

Good to know:

The music was LOUD. I could hardly hear myself think over the pounding trendy club music. Tough to have a conversation when your skull is vibrating.

The restaurant is NOT accessible. There are steps up to the door, many steps to the washrooms and some seating, even a half step up to our seat on the first floor.

Little Sisters is a place I would come back and visit again. I highly encourage adding it to your list to visit or as a staple when hanging out with friends. They have a great shareable menu so you can taste everything. The drinks have a adorable names, served in unique glasses, and taste spectacular. The lighting is cozy and atmosphere will make you want to order a second drink.

The music was really loud, which isn't really our thing. It's also not an accessible space (at least 4 steps in and a full staircase to the restroom).

The wait staff we all very friendly and prompt.

The food was good but nothing wowed me. I think my favs were the marinated steak, thick cut fries and the desserts we go.

Some of the most delicious food I've had in a long time! However, service in the dining room was sub-par. I mean 20 mins before we were even greeted after being sat down. We ordered drinks (beer) and food at the same time but food got there first...? Ordered 4 small plates and it was enough for two.

Speak easy was fun, but $60 for two cocktails is pretty steep.

A phenomenal experience! We had a great time sharing various small plates in a fun atmosphere and design-oriented setting. The food was delicious. We'd be happy to come again!
