Been to this bakery a few times at various hours of the day. It seems they are continuously baking. That is to say every time I've visited, there are racks and racks of freshly baked breads cooling. I can't get enough of the white and multi grain square loaves. You can have the bread sliced thick or thinner and you can buy a whole loaf or half of one. The bread is delicious and soft. A decent number of buns. This particular day only the bolo bao and the toast were on order, but the bolo bao was rather enjoyable. The interior of the eatery might need an update; some of the tables and fixtures and doors seem somewhat dilapidated.
