MEXITACO By The Bluffs provides a wonderful restaurant experience, with delicious authentic Mexican food and a transportive atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of options, with standout dishes including Tinga de Pollo Tostada and Baja Fish Taco. The service is friendly and welcoming, with prompt water service and communication from staff. The only downside noted is that the single shot Paloma was too sweet. Despite this, the overall positive aspects of the food and service make it a place worth returning to. The restaurant also features a karaoke after 9 pm and convenient parking.
