Review from a GO commuter perspective: Quick and efficient service, order made to estimated time provided, allowing me to meet train departure time. Burger tasted overall good, perhaps a little bit too much sauce, which exhausted the meat taste and texture.
Quick service and tasty burger, but could hardly taste the meat. The condiments were so overpoweringly tangy and salty that they just took over...and you get no choice of toppings

Got the bacon smash burger. The bottom bun was soggy and falling apart and while the patty was thin it did not have the crisp/texture that smash burgers should have.

The food is really good. I got the jalapeno inferno with onion rings as a combo, which was suggested by Jaz and Franz and it was such a good recommendation. The burger was pretty spicy but it was really good. The onion rings were well seasoned and so crispy too! Will definitely come back here to try their other burgers.

My first experience at Mikey's Smash Burgers was outstanding, thanks to the excellent customer service as well as the delicious meal. The burger is so much better than McDonald's and is priced perfectly. I ordered the double bacon smash burger, which was amazing. When my friends and I arrived, Franz greeted us with a smile and the best customer service possible. I really like it. Since it was our first visit, he recommended sides and suggested burgers, which were excellent. He is also very patient and made sure to answer all of our questions. Overall, I had an excellent time and plan on returning for the food and experience!

Franz is very responsive to my inquiries and provided helpful assistance throughout my ordering process. I appreciated the way he updates on the status of my order. To be specific, he keep me aware of when my order would be finished.

If you’re wandering around Union station with a feel for a good burger, Mikeys is the place to be! Had a wonderfully wholesome experience with Jas the cashier who was quite personable and bubbly. She assured me I was in for a miraculous burger and I wasn’t disappointed. Personal shoutout to Ali the burger handler for an amazing smash burger cooked to perfection! Will be back soon

Since arriving in Toronto, the best burger I've had was at Mikey's. What really stood out to me was the inviting atmosphere of the place. In particular, Ali, one of the staff members, was so friendly that it convinced me to make eating burgers at Mikey's a regular part of my dining experience. .

I don't often leave reviews but today I ordered a Classic smash burger and onion rings. Rings were cold and burger looked and tasted like it had been under a lamp. not to mention I waited almost 20 mins for it. Pretty disappointed considering the wait and cost. Maybe consider hiring another staff member or two to assist
