The first pic is what we ordered from their catalog. The second pic is what we got. They did not have a box for a 16" cake and delivered it uncovered, with 2 flying bees on top "as a courtesy". They don't care what you order, they don't care about the hygiene of the cake.

This place is a quiet quiet ? so much amazing food especially in the morning this Bakery has all of the trees chocolate eclairs chocolate donuts amazing breakfast sandwiches oh my gosh I was in total Heaven this morning as you can see I had a grilled chicken almond tart carrot cake man oh man make sure to go early if you want the treats because the treats sell out very fast it's very busy in the morning please enjoy

I’m very annoyed because no where online did I see that the deli closes at 7:30 when the store closes at 8, I came in at 7:35 and they said it was too late, should be stated somewhere online or I would have came a bit earlier

Sorry that others had a bad experience here but I couldn’t disagree more! I work nearby so stop by occasionally. Never have I been treated poorly for not speaking Portuguese or any other reason. Very peaceful in here with always fresh pastries and sandwiches on warm bread. Custard tarts to die for!!

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I placed an order for a cake on-line, something that I have been doing for the last 5 years and for every occasion. This year I placed an order on-line on a Saturday for a cake I needed on for the following Monday. I never received confirmation or a call from them so I contacted them on Sunday to confirm. The person who answered the call at 4:15 advised me that no one is in the office to take orders or confirm orders on the weekends. I asked her how are customers supposed to know that if it’s not mentioned on their website. She told me she would have someone call me on Monday morning to let me know if they can make the cake. I told her that I needed the cake for Monday at 11:00 a.m. so I couldn’t wait until last minute for them to confirm if they could make it or not. and she said, I’m going to have to say no then”. Well, after 5 years of ordering cakes for every occasion I can guarantee you that I will ever set foot in this place again! Completely disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Go else where for your cakes! Atleast you’ll get service with a Smile and they appreciate their customers. Absolutely no respect for the people who keep them in business.
