My wife and I celebrated our marriage at Paradise Grapevine this summer and it was a great experience. Their patio is full of beautiful flowers in the summer which gave us the perfect outdoor wedding vibe that we were looking for in the middle of the city. Devin was extremely helpful in planning the event with us including the set up, schedule and drink menu. On the day of he was on site and made sure everything went smoothly. The service was honestly disappointing. There was no greeting, no warmth, and it felt like we were almost not welcome to sit down. I completely understand that everyone has a bad day, but a little friendliness and basic hospitality can make such a difference. Sometimes you come back to a place simply because of how you were treated, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I only had one beer, which was also quite underwhelming.
The staff gave me a good service. Arthuro the security guard was professional and friendly, the waiters were also very professional and they gave me good wine recomendations.
